Bedouin Soundclash's "Light the Horizon"

I've never listened to Bedouin Soundclash seriously. Prior to Jay Malinowski Bright Lights & Bruises, which I found enjoyable, I'd only heard "Walls Fall Down" on the radio. As for this new album, I've heard "Mountain Top" a few times already and it's probably my favourite so far. I cannot see myself buying into this type of music, but I'm happy to know that the Canadian indie scene has been well represented.

A human experience, through audio.

Despite its title, the Drop covers all genres, including EDM. It focussed primarily on the local Toronto scene until 2013, after which most of my written music coverage shifted to The B-Side, a publication friends and I founded at UC Berkeley. During that time, this page has held more poetry and personal musings, but as of 2017, I'm back to covering what I did best here -- new and unique sounds.
