The Drawing Room - "Keys (The Liaison)"

[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]
This album was released earlier this year as a project by Joey Bruyere, the bassist of Thousand Foot Krutch. A very natural, earthy acoustic guitar introduction and pleasing vocals characterize the opening track of the album. Not quite indie, but remarkably different-sounding.

The bridge is my favourite part and although there are some grammatical errors in the lyrics, they have been presented tastefully.
And so the time is shot
And though the world speed up
It's still a finite push
To be definitive

To carry on each foot
And pressure should a rush
Swept up and taken out
In calculated tests
