I downloaded their 3-track sampler and haven't been off them since. (Granted, it's only been a couple of days.) Savoir Adore truly are a gem from the big city. Their style is like that of instrumental Arcade Fire and relaxed Caribou. Breathy vocals and distinct percussion linger in the listener's ear.

In The Wooded Forest was their second full-length record, following a conceptual The Adventures of Mr. Pumbernickel and the Girl with Animals in Her Throat. They're working on new material which I'd expect to maintain their fun sincerity paradox. "Loveliest Creature" was debuted earlier this month.

The above track from their sophomore album is titled "We Talk Like Machines". By the way, it snowed this morning!
